Help Desk

We provide concierge and reception services in many of our clients premises all staffed with well trained, presented and professional staff who represent the client’s face to both internal and external clients.

Our staff provide front line greeting, issuing of security badges, telephony and other key interface functions.

Our staff work with both client provided helpdesk software or our own static or online helpdesk software according to our client’s preference. We provide up to 24 hour 7 day coverage for client sites including key monitoring services for building security and safety.

Our help desk functions involve taking and logging service calls and issuing and tracking actions for maintenance and service requirements. Pool car management, room booking, space allocation and issuing of visual aids, laptop pc’s are all part of our day to day services
